A deposit of $250 is due at the time reservation is made. In the event of a cancellation our policy is as follows:
IF CANCELLATION IS...
within 30 days of check-in date, no deposit refund or credit is available.
within 31 - 60 days of check-in date a deposit credit will be issued towards a future reservation
61 days - 90 days of check in a deposit refund will be issued less a 20% reservation processing fee
anytime prior to 91 days of check in a full refund of deposit will be issued.
Coastline RV rental campers are completely booked for the summer season each year by March. A cancellation past March is difficult to re-book thus creating a loss of revenue. Our refund policy is based on this information.
